ORIgen’s semen sale leader for 2005, 2006 and 2007, On Target is one of the industry’s heaviest used sires. Both domestic and international marketplaces have recognized him as a balanced trait leader that ranks in the top 10% for WW EPD and top 2% for YW EPD with a $F in the top 2%.
Performance in control – On Target sires modest birth weights with a quick and early growth curve all within acceptable mature size.
A sire of herd bulls, sons have topped the 2004, 2005 and 2006 Stevenson Basin Sales. The 2007 sale was topped with a grandson.
Daughters have impressive teat size and udder quality. Many have surfaced as sale features and lead-off donors.
